1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are not applicable once course materials have been accessed/downloaded beyond 20% completion.

2. Cancellation of Services

You may cancel a registration before the start date to receive a full refund.

No refunds for cancellations after the program has begun.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
